Colline della Pia is the bio-district of the Alta Maremma that brings together under its umbrella the territories of the municipalities of Gavorrano, Massa Marittima, Roccastrada and Scarlino as well as twenty agricultural and agri-food companies. The project stems from the desire to realise an ambitious project that aims to create an important value in economic, social and cultural terms. The intention is to keep the value generated within the territory so that it becomes heritage for the community that lives it. At the heart of the bio-district's philosophy and action is the individual who, through his knowledge and awareness, can succeed in giving life to something great, solid and durable, for the benefit of the whole community and the surrounding environment.
