The Il Selvello farm, located in the foothills of Roccastrada, is a reference point in the production of organic fruit and sustainable crops in the Maremma region. Established as a company dedicated to organic fruit for children, Il Selvello has evolved to become a producer also specialising in the cultivation of ancient grains e organic oats for the preparation of vegetable milks, marketed under the prestigious Alce Nero brand. Other crops include chickpeas and tomatoes, also destined for the organic market, guaranteeing healthy and sustainable products that respect the land and biodiversity.
