"A Tavola con...": when the territory is told through food, wine and people.
There is something special about sitting down to a meal, sharing good food and wine in company. This is exactly what happened on 12 June, at the restaurant Gotti & Morsi by Raviduring the stage of our format "At Table with..."a series of events combining taste, storytelling and territorial identity.
An authentic evening, born from the encounter between the cuisine of chef Serena and the narrating voice of Marco, who guided those present on a journey through the short supply chain: from the land to the plate, passing through the work of the producers who every day make ethical and sustainable agriculture possible.
The tasting dinner offered not only excellent dishes - made with materials from our organic district Colline della Pia - but also an opportunity to reconnect with the human value of food. A value that becomes even more significant nowadays, as our President emphasised during the evening:
"In an era when artificial intelligence can generate doubt about what is true or false, we choose to put people, producers and restaurateurs at the centre. Because that is how the territory tells its own story and guarantees authenticity for our customers."
"At Table with..." is not just a gastronomic format: it is a way of networking, of enhancing collaboration between those who cultivate, those who cook and those who believe in a future in which sustainability comes first and foremost from the reports.
